That used to be my life. I had a consistent practice. I showed up. And yet nothing stuck. I still snapped at people I loved. I still lay awake spiraling. I still felt like something was locked inside me that my meditation just kept circling around — but never touching.
The problem wasn't my practice. The problem was what I was doing in the 10 minutes after. Or more accurately — what I wasn't doing. Integration isn't an add-on to your practice. It is the practice. It's what transforms a peaceful hour into a changed life.
